Weekend Fun???

Weekends are either busy, or busier! I can't remember the last weekend that I had that wasn't planned out way in advance. Saturday was a little different since I didn't have to get up at a certain time and be at a certain place. So, I guess it was a slow Saturday??? Bill is on his Fall canoe/fishing trip to Pennsylvania with "the boys". He left Thursday and took my van...which left me with THE TRUCK! I sure dislike driving it~VERY MUCH! (But, that's another story) Anyway, William & I went out to dinner on Friday with Angi & Toni and we took Ben for his birthday! Then it was off to small group for a night of fun.

Saturday morning William made coffee and pancakes!! Yep, you read right! William's specialty is pancakes cuz' they were GREAT! Then we cleaned a bit at the house and went off to "The City" to work. I haven't been there much lately. Seems after the funeral, then my sinus infection and getting stuff done at church, I didn't get to spend much time with "the girls!" I miss getting to talk with them tho, so hope to "bother" them lots more this week. I did get to meet my (x)boss (Kim) and her sister (Karen) for dinner one night. Wow, I think that was actually 2 weeks ago...boy how time flys! It was a great night and we laughed alot, even tho our eyebrows got a bit singed! Hopefully we will do it again soon! Anyway...back to yesterday, William and I then ordered Larosa's pizza for a late dinner and watched the movie "Unaccompanied Minors". We enjoyed the movie and the pizza then headed for bed. There were little things in between all the fun...like getting my Sunday School lesson together, answering emails, making phone calls...you know, the usual stuff.

Yes, it was a busy weekend! Then church this morning was a good day with all the teachers and helpers there and lots of children to enjoy. I will be posting the Beefesians pics here later. After church we went out to dinner with the fam...Angi, Tony, Toni, Ben, Chip & Jen. It is kind of a weekly thing after church. Today was TOOTS! (did you know that you can go to toots.com and get coupons for your children to eat FREE? Check it out!) We haven't been there in a while they said...a whole month! WHEW! It's always great spending time with family. Ben came back to church with me to see why my printer won't work. Thanks Ben! Wow, it has been a GREAT DAY so far! We took a walk and now William is watching "Saving Private Ryan" he says it's one of his favorites. I am going to stop writing now and do some of my Women's Bible Study homework!
